They're called "Pogo" because you can quickly hop wherever you need to go. As a growing airline in the millennial travel space, Pogo recognizes the importance of fast, 24/7 support and differentiates themselves from competitors by offering a chatbot on their website and social media channels.

The chatbot provides quick and accurate answers to common questions, builds trust in the brand, and positions Pogo Airlines as a travel company that always has their customers' backs. In addition to common questions, customers can do things like:
